Already on 08.05.2019 a briefcase is said to have been stolen from a private car by an official of the LKA. According to information from the Ministry of the Interior yesterday (10.07.2019), the briefcase contained highly sensitive information from the area of operational information procurement of the LKA Lower Saxony. According to the Ministry of the Interior, the fact that the employee was working in the area of information procurement for Islamism was particularly serious.
