Robin Data at the IT Trend Congress 2019 in Magdeburg
Exciting exchange with experts from the IT industry who are already living digital innovations today!
Magdeburg/Merseburg, 13.11.2019. The IT Trendkongress offers companies a platform that not only talk about digital innovations, but also live them. Under the motto "This is where the IT of the future meets", an exciting exchange between experts from the IT industry took place in Magdeburg. A format in which Robin Data as a legal-tech company cannot be missing.
An interesting exchange between companies in the IT sector took place in the relaxed atmosphere of the Festung Mark in the centre of Magdeburg. The more than 60 exhibitors and visitors at the congress had one thing in common: an interest in innovative solutions and a digital future. In addition to the presentation of their own products, the focus was on exchange. An exchange that made it clear that the topic of data protection continues to concern many entrepreneurs.
Robin Data GmbH spoke to many companies that had a concrete need for a data protection solution, of course ideally digital and as automated as possible. Numerous interested parties were able to gain a first insight into the data protection software "Robin Data", from the legal tech company based in Merseburg.
Regardless of whether the colleagues from the IT sector were data protection beginners or already experts in the field, Robin Data GmbH received consistently positive feedback: "We are pleased that our data protection software is so well received. The tidy user interface and the scope of the content were often rated positively. We enjoyed the exchange with the representatives from the IT industry; in addition to expanding our network, many cooperations were also discussed. We will certainly take part in the IT Trend Congress again next year.“
Data protection in the IT industry: what challenges do companies see?
Besides the fact that every IT company has to deal with the topic of data protection itself, representatives from the industry are often faced with the challenge that customers ask for a data protection solution. A topic which often does not fall within the core competence of IT companies. However, in order to be able to provide comprehensive support to customers, many companies are looking for a solution. This is where Robin Data GmbH can provide support. Besides data protection software, the company also offers consulting services by Data Protection Officers.
The discussions at the IT Trendkongress clearly showed that many companies are already active in the area of data protection, but are unsettled by the unclear legal situation. In particular about whether the documentation produced is in conformity with the law. Many companies would like to have a discussion with a data protection expert in order to secure themselves and at best avoid warnings or fines.
